Diego and Francesca could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The location was excellent. The room was so cool, comfortable and quiet. There were shutters on the windows so it was dark. The room had a little fridge which was very convenient. The facilities were excellent. The bathroom was very modern and the shower was great. High quality toilteries are also provided which was really useful. The hosts were so helpful telling us where to go for sightseeing and food. The restaurants they recommeded were so good. I would very highly recommend this location. The hosts also organised us taxis and found the back of my earring which they gave to me after checkout. Francesca also accommodated an early check in and looked after our bags on our last day. They were the best hosts.

The property itself is absolutely stunning, offering a serene and welcoming atmosphere. The room was impeccably clean, exceptionally well-maintained, and designed with comfort in mind. Every detail, from the spotless towels to the plush, incredibly comfortable bed, demonstrated attention to quality and care. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable—they were not only amazing but also incredibly helpful, accommodating our every need with a smile. This property exceeded our expectations in every way and left us eager to return.

Absolutely fantastic guest house with everyone one might need. It was spotless clean, comfortable, great heating / aircon and Diego was also kind to arrange a water kettle to our room and a taxi to the airport. The property is also close to the subway and all main attractions except Colosseum. There is no breakfast on site but the place around the corner that they partner with is spot on - both sweet and savoury options. I stayed in much more expensive places and this honestly punches above its weight in terms of comfort and attention to detail!

Very modern and clean property. Hosts, Sara, Francesca and Diego were amazing. They helped us with tour sites and they all speak very good English. Beds were the most comfortable of all our stays in Italy, and windows with shutters are very soundproof. Bathroom is spacious and had the largest shower and very fluffy towels. Room is cleaned daily. Loved the open shelving for storage as there was room for everything. There is a lift if you can’t do stairs. Highly recommend.

Despite being in a busy area it was a haven of peace when needing to rest. It is exceptionally clean, well designed and high quality toiletries are provided.
